We meet with clients usually only once every two weeks, only 3-4 appointments per day over checkout and check-in weekends. All meetings are private, no large groups or classes.
We respect everyone's choices during this time. Please note that we choose not to wear masks. If you would like to wear one, you are welcome to. Hand sanitizer will be available.
You have the option of paying in advance online with a credit card, Venmo, or PayPal to avoid contact with in-person payments. Cash, checks, and credit cards are also accepted in person.
All of our paperwork is completed online. You don't need to print it out or fill anything out here. We also encourage our clients to text or email an image of current vaccinations for their dog prior to arrival.
Yes, we give your dog lots of kisses during training. ;) We bathe all the dogs at the end of their stay!
By entering the premises, you agree that you have been made aware of our policies, have chosen our services knowing our policies, and to not hold us responsible for exposure to any and all illness, including COVID-19. We also ask that if you have recently experienced any signs of illness or have been potentially exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule and we will do the same.
