We encourage you to read our policies below.
We meet with clients usually only once every two weeks, only 3-6 appointments per day over checkout and check-in weekends. All meetings are private, no large groups or classes.
You can request all of your appointments to be outside in the open air. You do not need to enter our home (and we will not be offended!). You will not need to touch any doors or gates. Please let us know ahead of time if we need to prepare for an outdoor appointment. Bear in mind that it is hot and there are flies due to the livestock in our area.
We do not need to be in physical contact at any time. We are currently refraining from handshakes and hugs. At most, a leash may be handed back and forth. If you prefer, we can work with two leashes and clip/unclip throughout the lesson.
Hand sanitizer will be available. We spray Lysol on touched surfaces between appointments.
You are free to wear a mask and/or gloves. Note that we will not be wearing masks since we are meeting in our home. We will remain at least 6' from you aside from the moments necessary to pass a leash back and forth.
You have the option of paying in advance online with either a credit card or PayPal to avoid contact with in-person payments. Cash, checks, and credit cards in person are also accepted.
All of our paperwork is completed online. You don't need to print it out or fill anything out here. We also encourage our clients to text or email an image of current vaccinations for their dog prior to arrival.
Yes, we give your dog lots of kisses during training. ;) We always always bathe all the dogs at the end of their stay!
Please understand that we are taking all reasonable steps to maintain safety as we keep our services available. By entering the premises, you agree that you have been made aware of our policies and to not hold us responsible for exposure to any and all illness. We also ask that if you have recently experienced any signs of illness or have been potentially exposed to someone who is positive for COVID-19, please contact us to reschedule.
