Refund Policy: Deposit (1/3 of total) fully refundable up to 10 days before check-in. Extra payments are still refundable if canceled late.
Book Your Dates
Check-in: 1-hour session with tour and consultation
Checkout: 2 hours (1 dog) | 3 hours (2-3 dogs) — private go-home lesson
Payment: You can pay directly on the form or later.
Review and sign contract. A copy is emailed to both of us automatically.
Multiple dogs from different homes? Each owner completes their own contract.
Complete a profile for your dog at least 2 days before check-in.
Haven't talked with us yet? Submit within 48 hours for quick review.
Complete this shorter profile for dog #2 (and again for #3).

Provide current records for:

Include vet and dog details. Handwritten OK with dated vial label (ink, not pencil).
We accept:
Frontline Plus available at check-in for $15 per dog.
Treatment before check-in is recommended.
Bring 2+ weeks of food — we'll send leftovers home.
Homemade diets: Fully cooked meals, pre-portioned in ziploc bags that we can freeze.
No raw meat/eggs for safety.
We'll manually review your dog's registration during office hours, then expect:
